Obituaries Australia is a digital repository of obituaries published in newspapers, journals, magazines and bulletins. In it you will find the life stories of Australians from the earliest times to the present.

The site was launched on 14 April 2011 and so far consists of almost 8000 published obituaries. Our ultimate aim is to collect every obituary that has been published and to index them so they can be searched by researchers.
