Friday 23 July 2021

Congratulations to School of History HDR student, Jessica Urwin, who was awarded the Australian Historical Association’s Jill Roe prize for ‘”The old colonial power can stand proxy”: The Royal Commission into British Nuclear Tests in Australia and the politics of the 1980s.

This prize recognised the best article-length unpublished essay by a postgraduate. Congratulations, too, to Jess’s supervisor, Professor Angela Woollacott.
