School of History Co-location Complete
Wednesday 25 August 2010

The School of History has completed the moving process that has consolidated two History departments (RSSS and the Faculty of Arts) into one. The process has not been easy, but it is now physically complete. Hundreds of boxes have been unpacked, lost books have been found, computers, phones and desks have now found their proper homes, and our new Student Centre in the main foyer will soon be open for business. I want to thank Karen Smith for her hard work during a very stressful and disruptive time. Karen worked throughout the initial moving fortnight, and was here even last Sunday moving furniture and boxes of books. Without her the whole process would have been much more difficult, and we all owe her a debt of gratitude.
