ANU School of History 2016 Allan Martin Lecture: Joy Damousi

Professor Joy Damousi, an ANU Alumni and Professor of History at the University of Melbourne, will give the keynote lecture of 2016 Allan Martin Week, honouring Allan Martin (1926-2002). She spoke with Professor Nicholas Brown, Head of the ANU School of History, about her body of work, the role of historians, teaching students, the migrant experience in Australia and memory and trauma. Professor Damousi's keynote lecture covers child refugees and Australian internationalism: past, present and future.
