Do you wish to undertake independent research in history with some of Australia’s finest scholars? Do you wish to learn how to blitz through dense texts and compose flowing, argumentative prose? Want to improve your presentation and speaking skills, as well as enhance your critical thinking?
Then, maybe an Honours degree in History at ANU is for you! It is great preparation for a range of careers, and you’ll get a chance to make history for an entire year.
Interested? On Wednesday 20 August, Honours Convener Dr Filip Slaveski will run an information session about the program for interested students from 1-2 pm in room 5.72, RSSS Building. In the session, Dr Slaveski will provide an overview of the program, discuss the requirements, outline the application timeline, and address any questions. Recent alumni will be present at the session and offer their thoughts on their experiences.
