Rebecca Jones is a DECRA Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of History. In early 2012 she commenced, ‘Slow Catastrophes: drought resilience amongst farmers and agricultural communities in Australia, 1880s-2000s’ an ARC Discovery Early Career Research Award (DECRA) funded project, exploring the way people in Australia respond to and survive drought.
