In June 2014 the new Swiss Centre for Environmental Humanities held its inaugural symposium and summer school at the Botanical Gardens in Zürich. The Centre for Environmental History's Alison Pouilot reports (with great photos). The Symposium was titled: Preparing for Post-Collapse? Implementing Environmental Humanities. The retreat was held at Kurhaus, Bergün.
