Dr Amanda Laugesen awarded Alfred A. and Blanche W. Knopf Fellowship, University of Texas

We are proud to announce Dr Amanda Laugesen has been awarded the Alfred A. and Blanche W. Knopf Fellowship to undertake research at the Harry Ransom Centre, University of Texas.

The Alfred A. and Blanche W. Knopf Fellowship supports research in the areas of publishing and general literary studies, with special emphasis given to research concerning Knopf authors.Amanda will travel to the University of Texas in Austin to undertake research for her project ‘Cold War Publishing and the Book in the Developing World, 1950-1968’.
