‘Pilgrimage to a Repository’: The Importance of Archives in a Post-Truth World, Friends of the Noel Butlin Archives Centre

Joshua Black will be giving a short talk: ‘Pilgrimage to a Repository’: The Importance of Archives in a Post-Truth World, after the Friends of the Noel Butlin Archives Centre AGM, to be held in the McDonald Room, Menzies Library, ANU, on Tuesday 3 December 2019, at 5.30pm.

Josh is investigating memoirs, autobiographies and diaries in recent Australian political history for his postgraduate research in the College of Arts and Social Sciences at the ANU.

Josh will speak about the value of the NBAC for his research and the prospective oral histories and transcripts that he plans to donate to the Archives at the conclusion of his research.

Refreshments to celebrate the end of the year will follow Josh’s presentation.
